The Resiliency Center's Wellness Champions Program is excited to offer a program filled with resources centered around managing stress, reducing burnout, and optimizing well-being.

he Resiliency Center's Wellness Champions Program promotes a culture of well-being across the University of Utah by supporting individuals and teams in addressing the wellness needs of their department, division, or clinic. The program provides well-being tools and expertise to empower individuals and teams to manage stress, reduce burnout, and optimize well-being together.

Wellness Champion Follow-Up Sessions
